Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain After Treating Enlarged Hemorrhoid

I have a question and its in regard to a previous Hemorrhoid condition. I had a single enlarged hemorrhoid that included swelling. Was treated with medication and the swelling was reduced. This was in the July/August of 2014. This January the previous area swelled again and thus produced a painful area but this time the area also protruded outward and finally discharged a white/brown liquid. This situation has continued off and on sense. Thoughts?
