Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In Genitals After Using Veet

Hello. A couple of days ago I used veet removal cream around my genital area. Since then,my clitoris,hood and labia minors are very swollen and painful. I m not sexually active. Is there anything over the counter you recommend please? Also could it be Bartolins duct/gland involved?
