Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In Knee

On saturday I got tripped in my soccer game and spun around of my knee and it hurt. that went away on here were are monday I tripped up the stairs and now the area above my knee cap is extremely swollen and I cannot extend it straight. Any guesses as to what is wrong with me?
