Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In The Throat

its very hard to talk i cant open my mouth more than 2.5 inches my throat is very swollen and there are bruising or discoloration on the roof of my mouth. i got a shot the other day for strep so i wouldnt have to takes meds but it still hasnt worked. ive barley eaten in 3 days and my ear is throbbing.
