Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pimples On The Face After Stopping Betnovate N Cream

i used betnovate N for about 2 yrs without any Dr. consultation. whenever i tried to stop applying on my face i found red rashes n irritation . my face was swollen and mustard size white pimples appeared on all over my face n neck. i consulted dermatologist. he gave me some oral pills n variety of ointments. some relief was there but non completely cured. it was steriod acne vulgaries. tried photovan 30, aleoderm, depiwhite, Hq- 3, and now applying Eslite- 15. still i find mustard like white pimples . please help me to get rid of this. my skin has turned very black without glowness
