Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Redness In Injection Spot

I received two vaccines yesterday and after i noticed redness and swelling at the injection site. I didn't think much of it because i know there is a chance of this. However today i noticed the redness seemed to increase and the entirety of the red spot which is about 1 1/2 in x 2in is a lump, lumpier in some spots then others. I'm wondering if this is normal or not.
