Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Soreness On Cat Scratched Area

Today I was bit by my cat she is mostly in the house she does not have her shots...today I picked her up she scrathed me a couple of times then bit me on the area below my index finger on my left hand....and tonight which like 6 hours later it feels swollen and sore what should I do?
