Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Stabbing Pain Under The Left Breast

My wife has had this stabbing pain for a long time now in right under her left scapula and travels to around her lower left breast. and continues down her left side by rib cage. Her breast is very sensitive all the time and swolen. Has a harder time breathing. No doctor in this area has a clue.... very depressing....
