Suggest Treatment For Swelling Between Vagina And Inner Thigh

hello how are you? I have swelling in between my vagina and inner thigh. I am 26 yrs old and have only one partner. we do not have any stds. it is painful to sit and walk. what can I do to make this swelling go down and what can I do to prevent this from happening again? thank you for your time.
