Suggest Treatment For Swelling, Boils And Redness In Legs

my husband is suferring from thyroid & has swelling in both the legs but the swelling in right leg is more than the left leg,his weight is increasing day by day,also he has boils with redness on both the lower half of the legs & there is redness around that area,kindly advice which phycian will b right for my husband
