Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Arms And Painful Cracks Allover

hello, I am a 27yo male. i have PR for the fourth time, 17mo, 9yo, 21yo, and now. i am currently in the vrigin islands, and with the heat i believe it is making the PR much worse than it was the first three times. It has broken out and faded twice over the last three months, but now that the weather has become very hot, it has broken out all over my body except my face. i also have swelling in arms, legs and feet. the swelling will last for a few days, then go down...my feet and hands are also trying to heal, but are cracking and very painful. Is this because of the heat and what not, or does it sound like somthing else? the terrible itching has stopped. now all i am using is aspirin, baby oil, and olive oil...
