Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Breast After Implant Removal

Thank you. I had breast implants removed six weeks ago. I'd had them for 35 years. My left breast seems to have some swelling and I've tried comfrey root powder poltice which seems to draw out some of the fluid and sooth the area. Is it safe to continue using comfrey root powder as a poltice or is there something better? Rochelle
