Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Cheek, Nodules Below Tongue And Pain In Tongue

My mouth/cheek left side only has been troubling for 4 mouths. one month oral antiviral meds, nothing changed, one month of strong bacterial antibiotics nothing changed. My cheek is swollen, I have three pinks spots with gray in them, and the nodules behind my lower front teeth are so big I barely have a floor under my tongue. My tone way in the back left side hurts too. I have been to the dentist twice, and my physician several times. I see an oral surgeon next week. What the heck could be going on?
