Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Eyelids And Skin Infection On Lips

I am 58 year old and diabetic for the last 21 years. since 2007 I am on insulin and now a days i am taking actrapid thrice about 80-90 units. I sweat when my sugar level goes to 200 and above. I am having mild swelling on my upper eyelids. My BP remains 100/170 fro the last 2 years. I have mild skin infection on lips.What should i do. Otherwise I ma perfectly ok.
