Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Face With Blood In Nose

i am a housewife 46 yr. i had an operation of angiofibroma in maxillary sinus abt 10 yrs back. after the surgery she seldom notices blood accompanied with nasal secretion during routine nasal cleaning procedures. around 4years back, she consulted the ENT specialist again and was medicated under an antibiotic therapy. its just recently that she experienced swelling in the corresponding right facial region after a common cold. swelling progressed further with tenderness and tautness. again she is advised a course a antibiotics. its been 3 days so far she hs been taking levofloxacin hemihydrate 750 mg, diclofenac sodium, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase combination, levocetrizine and phenylephrine combination. a period of relief is experienced after taking medication after which tautness and tenderness reoccurs. please advise.
