Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Legs And Back Pain After Standing

Hi I work in a pharmacy and I stand all day long recently i have started having a lot of swelling in my legs and back pain I am still very young. I am only 23 and I don't know if this is from standing for 9-10 hours at a time orbit something else is causing it. What should I do.?
