Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Lower Abdomen After Undergoing Myomectomy

hello doctor! i had a myomectomy on the 28th of january 2011. today(19/02/2011) is exactly the 22nd post-operation day. I bled for 15days with blood clots exactly 7 days after surgery. was that my period? currently the external wound is healing quite well, but my only problem is the swelling underneath my navel the flesh there seems to have dropped, but was not so before the surgery. what can i do about it doctor? will my swollen lower abdomen ever disappear? counting on your kind assistance please. thank you!!!
