Suggest Treatment For Swelling In My Breast

My breast are swollen and sore(right one more than left) . Tonight I noticed the bumps on my aerola are white and Im pretty sure thefe are more of them. Two days til AF but I did have unprotected sex a week ago unpdotected. I as lso started having lower cramps in my sfomaches and thighs for the past three days. But they aint to bad.
