Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Nose After An Injury

my two year old son fractured my nose (minor break, don't know the name of it) a week ago tomorrow. It is tender to the touch on the right side on the side and top of the bridge. When it happened i heard a crack and then pain. It is not crooked just swollen and hurts sometimes when I blow my nose. I take ibuprofen or the pain and am stuffed up. My main question is it going to heal correctly or is it to late in the healing process and how long will it hurt.
