hi ther my boyfrien was shaving with a diispolable razer and niked him self but the thng is hes in a wheel chiar and he sleeps with a bolttle between his legs and over night the cut on the penise was in the peee for a hole night and now it realy realy swollen it been like that for 3 days now what can we do to get him back to normal
