Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Stomach, Fractured Ribs And Chest Fractures

I got kicked in the ribs and chest on new years eve! I have broken and fracture ribs and some chest fractures as well. Ever since the incident, my stomach has been so swollen, as if I'm pregnant, I can't even button my pants or wear certain shirts that use to fit me fine! I've had fractured ribs before, but nothing this severe. I don't recall having a swollen abdomen with the other incidents. Is this normal or should I go back to my Dr.?
