Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Clitoris

About a week ago I felt uncomfortable down below and I checked and my cliterous was swollen and there is a small, hard, pimple like ball in the skin that if you touch it, it hurts. I have been with my husband for 23 yrs and we havent had sex for over a week so I dont know what it is. Hope you can shed some light on what it might be. Havent been to see a doctor yet either. Thanks
