Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Eyelid With Clear Fluid Discharge

I have had a swollen left eyelid with clear fluid running from the outer corner of it whenever I towel dry my hair or just brush it dry without washing it. I ve used different shampoos and different towels also no help. It tears worse if I put towel pressure on the top of my scalp. Help!
