Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Labia

I have a large mass (not cyst) underneath my left labia. It is NOT a nodule and seems to be underneath the labia itself on top of the bone. It is painful and not moveable it is also long and wide. Just went to my DR and she said it was not a cyst so she referred to an OBGYN cause she did not know what it was. Initially my left labia was swollen to twice the size and i had stinging inside vagina with discharge. swollen labia has subsided as has discharge but mass underneath labia remains. I also have a history of genital herpes
