Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Nose After Fall

My 14 month old fell pretty hard while running and hit the rail of a chair. Her nose is swollen and she has a fat upper lip. She calmed down within minutes, but her nasal breathing sounds a little wheezy. How do I know when to call the doc?
