Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Testicles

I was stuck in the testicle by my nephew , HARD and its been several years ago and my one testicle is larger and does not drop I would say.
it seems to be tight up my groin area into my lower stomach.

nothing unusual about the testicle other than being larger now with soem pain occasionally.
