Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Vagina

I think I may be having a genital herpes outbreak. My vulva is incredibly swollen and there are what appear to be tears in a few of the folds. Is there anything I can do before I go see a Doctor to alleviate the pain and reduce the swelling? Thank you.
