Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Uterus

my wife is having a swelling in her uterus. what is the treatment?please advise.she is 38 year old.about 5feet 5inches.she weighs 51kg .during her periods she will have unbearable pain and that time the pelvic region becomes very hard.this continues for 3-4 days.please advise.
