Suggest Treatment For Swelling Of Abdomen Due To Hiatal Hernia

I am 61 yrs old, female. For bout last month my abdomen has been very swollen. I m tired all the time and can t get comfortable to sleep. Have had bariatric surgery( silastic ring gaastroplasty), hysterectomy, gall bladder removed, and been told I have a hiatal hernia. I look like I m 9 months pregnant! Any ideas?
