Suggest Treatment For Swelling On Ankles And Feet

My ankles have swelled up and the calves of my legs are slightly swelled and tight feeling.They just started getting like this a little after noon today 3/14/15 I take hydrocodone 7.5 three times a day for osteoarthritis.My P.A. gave me BactrimDS for a bladder infection Ive only taken it for 2 days,twice daily,could this possibly be the problem?It also itches and looks like I have the beginning of a rash I am 57 yrs old and don t get wacko over a wound
