Suggest Treatment For Swelling On Face And Around Eye

my girlfriend was playing around and ran into wall within my apartment. She has very sensitive skin and it began to swell up around her cheek. This morning she woke up and it was bruised and the swelling went from not only her cheek but her eye. Is there any ways we can get the swelling to go down immediately?
