Suggest Treatment For Swelling On Feet, Ankles And Calves

I am experiencing swelling in both feet , both ankles, and both calves. I have had no injury. It stops at the begining of my toes and does not go above or to my knee. I also have little hard pieces of something that seems to be producing under my skin in my lower calves that sometimes itches and when I scratch it when it is wet it is a sand like stuff that comes out through my skin. I also have small indents in my ankles on the inside of the ankle and up the front of my calves. I recently did a milk thistle liver detox thinking it might be heavy metal. I also get the bumps in my eyebrow area. Now I have really bad dry cracked heel on my left foot and the skin feels so sharp to the touch. What could be causing this?
