Suggest Treatment For Swelling On Knee After Injury

Hello, this past Tuesday evening, my son jumped onto my knee and my knee popped out, it did go back into place almost immediately. I followed up with my physician the next day, who prescribed Naproxen, Tramadol and I received a Torbudol shot at the office. I did have an x ray which did not show any fracture and my knee is back in place. The Dr. did say that there is fluid due to inflammation. I work on my feet at a very busy Animal hospital, the Dr. gave me an excuse for the remainder of the week. I am due to go back to work tomorrow and I am very nervous due to not being able to fully straighten my leg or bend. I do still have some swelling of knee. It just feels like a tight rubber band. Do you think that I could benefit from physical therapy? I am a 39 year old female. What about going back to work tomorrow??
