Suggest Treatment For Swelling Under Toe Nail

I stubbed my big toe Saturday on a couch. The nail seems to be lifted a little from the skin underneath swelling. It is not black it looks like the normal nail except it also has a visible hump in it because of it being raised up. The pain has been going away the actual nail still very tender. What should I do?
