Suggest Treatment For Swollen Montgomery Glands On Breast

Hi I am a 30 year old female who hasn't had children yet and have recently noticed that several of my montgomery glands on my left breast are slightly raised and almost transluscent in colour, they now look like they are joined together. I have no discharge, redness, pitting or soreness of the breast. Do you have any ideas as to what the problem could be as I am now quite worried. Yours Sincerely Anna
