Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Bluish Toe Due To Insect Bite

hi Doctor, I thought I had an insect bite (could be spider) at the base of my toe. It had been painful for the last 3 weeks. I had taken antibiotics for the last 2 weeks with no sign of the pain abating. The toe looks a bit swollen with pinkish/blueish colour. Is there anything else I could do to heal this sick toe ... :) Paul
