Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Itchy Throat

Hi. I had oral sex on a guy and I had an STD test came out HIV negative. I had experienced a fever my head was hot, swollen throat made it hard to breathe, and with no cold symptoms such as sneeze or cough. I felt like something was growing inside my throat as well. Then my fever went away, my temperature went back to normal. My doctor flashed a flashlight in my mouth, but could not find anything. My doctor gave me a Ceftriaxone 1GM Injection in my pelvic area and I took 2 tablets of Azithromycin 500MG already. Taking these antibiotics did not help me clear my throat symptoms, which stayed the same. I had this going on for 6 weeks already with a throat infection/inflammation and it is becoming unbearable. It feels itchy when I swallow. I feel like something is stuck inside my throat. I am going to get tested for STDs 3 months later to see if it is an acute HIV or not. I am scared my HIV negative will convert to HIV positive someday. I do not know what is inside my throat. I have been gargling my throat with salt and chewing on garlic which gives relief for my throat. What should I do? Help me?
