Dr. Andrew Rynne. I pray you can help me and your advise isn t costly. My legs, ankles and feet are badly swollen and are painful. the skin is hard to touch. I can hardly due to the swelling cause my legs are very heavy. Are there any DRs. in ST. Louis. Mo that drain the fluid settled in legs etc? Thank you BT W I m a lady age 82.
