Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Labia Majora

The right side of my vaginal lip is extremely swollen, sore, and feels hard to the touch and is rather large. I've tried taking hot baths and trying not to irritate the irea, but nothing has changed and it has become uncomfortable and painful to walk.
