Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Labia Minora?

I woke up this morning with a swollen, painful ladia minora. I'm not sure if I'll be able to go to a doctor for a bit since I'm in another country. Is there anything to do to relieve the symptoms so I can at least walk without discomfort? I'm 20, thin, and have never had any other problems down there.
