Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Pimple On The Lip

Hi Dr. Mintz, I woke up last night with a lower right swollen lip with a pimple like bump below the lower lip line on the same side of the swelling. There is no pain or itching but it does feel a little numb on the swelling. Have you have any idea what may have cause this, I never had this happen before.
