Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Redness On Breast After Pimple Burst

I burst a spot on the outer part of my nipple with a pin I thought I had sterilised. Now the tissue around my nipple is puffy, red, sore and warm and I have a red line coming from it to my arm pit. I am also now experiencing pain in my armpit. What should I do? Am I safe to go the night without medical attention?
