Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Sore Cyst On Breast

i have a sebaceous cyst on my nipple 2 doctors confirmed it and said it was harmless but i can get it removed i recently had a baby and im breast feeding the doctor said i can still breast feed unless the baby has problems latching on because of the cyst it hasnt bothered me until a couple days ago its sore and feels swollen maybe my baby bit it or pulled on it what can be done for it?
