Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Tender Bottom Lip

I have a swollen and tender bottom lip. There are sores that don't seem to be going away, though it's only been three days. I have been wondering about oral cancer, canker, or even cold sores. My neck also hurts, both sides under the back of my jaw. I quit smoking cigarettes two weeks ago, and also started a regimen of birth control pills 5 days ago. I take fluoxetine (Prozac) and a vitamin d supplement everyday. I am a 25-year-old female.
