Suggest Treatment For Swollen Ankle Along With Black And Blue Toes

I had sprained my ankle a week ago today, actually tore my ACL and ATL the doctor said. I ve had it wrapped in a soft sports bandage. It is swollen still, and my toes are getting black and blue. I think it is making me feel nauseous also. What should I do?
