Suggest Treatment For Swollen Belly Button With Fluid Discharge

hi, i just noticed that the inside of my belly button is swollen on the left side and there was fluid coming out of it, and it also hurts when i bend over...what could this be and is it serious?

i am 20 years old, 5 foot and about 130 pounds. i am not allergic to anything and have never had any serious health problems.
