Suggest Treatment For Swollen Breasts While On Cilest Birth Control

hi i have a problem with my lower abdomin. I need your advise. i feel some movements in my lower tummy and as i have already one child i know whats it to feel like being pregnant.
i was on microgynon for 12 months and now i have changed to cilest without a break. ive been on cilest only past 2 weeks and now im starting to feel these weird ,,baby like" movements and my breasts are swallen and a bit sore.
