Suggest Treatment For Swollen Bruised Bump On Shin After An Injury

I fell an landed directly on my shins doing a box jump working out. My left shin swelled and bruised right away with a bump. I still have a indent there in my shin and it hurts a little when I apply pressure..never hurts any other time...there is also a little mark there almost looks like a bruise still? I'm not sure what to do
