Suggest Treatment For Swollen Buttocks

Hello, I fell hard on my left butt cheek while doing yard work today. I landed on something the size of a pop can and now have a red ring, swelling and pain only where I fell. My left butt cheek is huge / swollen as if there is a massive amount of fluids. Thank you.
