Suggest Treatment For Swollen Clitoris While Having Bacterial Vaginosis

I suffer from bacteria vaginosis. This time however my clitoris and the hood above it is really swollen. No bumps or bruises only from me scratching. I have been applying ice for several days but my clitoris is still swollen. I have been taking the flagyl for two days. Should i go get reevaluated?
